Codie, I don't think that is necessarily true. I have no more information on the matter than what was posted in the 8K. There was a lawsuit, and I would imagine Anthony Connors personal assets are at stake to pay the 6 million dollars he owes to MusclePharm and its shareholders. So what if the website is still up? It might take some time for it to come down, but when he can't pay his credit card bill to the hosting provider, I imagine it might come down.

On September 25, 2014, the Superior Court of New Jersey Law Division: Bergen County (the “Court”) ordered judgment in favor of MusclePharm Corporation (the “Company”) in a law suit, Docket No.: BER-L-681-14, the Company filed against defendant Anthony Connors for defamation and trade libel seeking injunctive relief and damages. Pursuant to the Order for Judgment, the Court awarded damages in the amount of $5,086,000.00 plus punitive damages in the amount of $1,000,000.00.

BTW, I do think it's a big deal that Anthony Connors called you out by name. You are like our little celebrity on this board! Congratulations!! You must have posted something great if Anthony Connors, someone sued by Musclepharm for 6 million dollars for defamation and trade libel calls you out by name on his blog.

You are celebrity to me! Very cool Codie!

Here is where Anthony Connors calls you out specifically on his libelous website:

So I’ve been watching their SEC filings and especially the penny stock investors board (shout out to “Codie” whoever you are – go short!).
