Does anyone know if BMSPF still has connections to FASC?
I own both from the spin off. I thought they could be
connected still or possible customers, aka BMSPF using KDS in some fashion?? If so, this looks promising!!

"Agreements in principle have been reached with two potential clients. Each one is looking to secure 250,000 tonnes of pellets per year. In One case, we are awaiting the agreement to be issued by their legal department outlining all terms and conditions. Once our review of document is completed, we expect to execute the contract. The second company is completing due diligence and we expect to complete an agreement by end of year. This company wants us to supply them with wood chips during plant construction. We are currently looking at the viability of doing this as it will provide cash flow during construction phase. Several other potential off take agreements are in various stages of negotiations and its managements opinion that phase one production of one million tonnes will be presold prior to completion of plant construction."
250K tonnes of wood pellets would be approx. $40 million a year!!
