Well since it's out now.... It works like this... They bought the domain through 1and1.com. 1and1 is a website design service.. So you create ur website and when it is completed you go live with the format on your domain ( fontushelps.com) so right now without a completed format the domain is just filled with search related ads. Who knows when the website will go live. For all we know they have been creating this website for awhile and just got the domain. Or they started creating it on the 16th when they registered the domain. Either way it does show they are following through and gives insight into the direction they are headed. Probably name change/ticker change soon along with other information regarding the allocation of the expanded A/S.
