I would consider that a possibility of some fruitful talks or progress....Chinese normally come out with statements saying that the trial was unfair and that they will appeal. Merritt was very smart in how he did not gloat and wanted to come to terms. It's most important to Asians to "save face". I am hopeful, but not overly confident either. You will notice that the stock was stopped at PRIOR resistance (Jun/July highs).
