Federal court of appeals has juristiction over the ITC.The panel at FCA does not at all HAVE TO defer to any court except the Supreme Court,I guess. NEVERENDING,as usual you are making it up as you go along.The appeal is all about Judge Grewals Claim construction anyways. They are going to go over it to the last letter and if they agree with his construction, its all good,PTSC will win.If not, the jury decision will be thrown out and the case remanded back to the lower court,which would of course be devastating to PTSCs survival as a going concern. I and NO ONE ELSE knows with any certainty whether this will be positive for PTSC. That is why YOU SHOULD SELL YOUR STOCK TODAY WITH BOTH HANDS AND BOTH FEET!!!! This is a HORRIBLE INVESTMENT right now.You can salvage your money elsewhere, and maybe you have learned a lesson!!! DONT INVEST IN COMPANIES YOU DONT UNDERSTAND!!! AND DONT FALL IN LOVE WITH A STOCK!!! ITS ONLY ABOUT THE MONEY, ESPECIALLY IN THE STOCK MARKET!!!!
