The focus of your government should be to bring down the monster U.S. national debt that will handicap the U.S. in the future as it continues to climb. A lot of agendas are being achieved at the expense of burdening the U.S. taxpayer with more and more debt. When will it end?

I am Canadian and I can't help but worry about how your country will pay down its debt which will affect the rest of the world as it becomes more unmanageable. Your national debt has more than doubled under one administration. The interest expense alone has a lot of opportunity costs with it. Some times I just can't grasp how large the U.S. national debt is and how fast it is increasing.
