Orion Nebula, I concur with your post.
With no subscription fees to be paid by customers, this Overland/Bit Torrent package obviously must be very attractive to new SME customers , while Overland Storage distributors immediately realize a sale with decent margin and Overland/Sphere 3D penetrate new markets.
This package looks like a spearhead passe-partout package to quickly penetrate new markets, to grab market share and to have a foot in the door with those customers who later may see the need to switch to a hybrid cloud solution offered by Sphere 3D (think + V3 + GW).
