I received quite a few dividend shares last Dec. 2013 and they are negotiable this Dec.2014, one year later.

Are you positive about that one year hold? You might want to look into that more closely. When USEI announced that BS there was nothing saying they would become unrestricted in one year. Typical of a pink scam.
