Take a look at this image below. Coincidence? Or more proof that the market is manipulated?

If you can't see what it says on the chart, it says, "Bad news comes out right when this bearish harmonic pattern COMPLETES (today). When these harmonic patterns complete, its a very high probability short term reversal. Soon after news came out today after hours, the stock is down more than 12%.
