Not sure what this means if anything but yesterday thru my TD Ameritrade acct. which I hardly ever use, I tried buying a handful of penny stocks with a bid and ask TDA wouldn't let me buy any of them, so I tried RMTD and it went right thru??? I thought for sure they wouldn't let me buy this either...no restriction on this stock.
