sami, glad to see you in here again.

As far as reclaim/reuse, and cost,.....If we take the example of the current fugitive search, those efforts have cost approx. $1mm per week for six or seven weeks. Compared to a few thousand dollars, well, no comparison really. JMHO

I do agree that it's a waste of money and resources though.
