Obviously nobody is buying this junk stock right now. EVEN IF things work out in court you have a toxic "partner" happy to rip you off at every opportunity while your board of directors sleeps. It was all but proven in the TPL settlement from the PTSC lawsuit about TPL commingling licenses with their other patents and discounting the MMP to nothing (your "share"). The PTSC board would have happily slept through that as well except inventor Moore brought it up and the PTSC board feared being sued for breach of fiduciary duty to their shareholders if they did not pursue the issue. Sad.

At any rate you have no chance on the appeal as the ITC ruling is BINDING LEGAL PRECEDENT. If you do not know what that means you should look it up. The appeals courts ALWAYS takes special consideration of the ruling of educated judges over a lay jury. Sell now my friends this stock is really worth 0c not 4c. Once the judges end this patent troll PTSC existence by supporting the HTC appeal the stock will open the next day at sub 1c. from 4c. You will not be able to sell fast enough. That is why you must sell now peeps.
