It's a death-spiral, dilution machine, pump and dump.
1/3 of the volume today is at $.0001, 2/3 at $.0002.

Retail will be lucky sell 1k shares at $.0002, but they'll be able to buy as many as they want at $.0001.

This is headed for a reverse split (one of many for DKAM), then more pump and dump.
