by those using it. They also said, "Maneuvering the system itself can be tricky," said spokesman Steve Faulkner. "It works great under great conditions. When it gets to be windy, there are some drift issues that make it tricky to operate."

Fortunately all disasters and military operations etc... happen during "great" conditions.

You have to give these guys credit. They took a camera on a balloon on a rope that needs "great" conditions and actually sold at least one. They've also managed to draw some attention to it. Of course Tim Huff also garned attention for his schemes and these companies have always been good at sales...
