10/28/2014 Wil and Greg on the Cannabis Investor Webinar today

It ran about just under 32 minutes. No technical difficulties this go round.

I wasn’t able to be in front of the computer so didn’t get to see the visual portion

The audio portion, similar to Money TV, was mostly a rehash of last Webinar (which was a month ago and is good to see- their business plan continues to be consistent)

Hard to complain about SING trying to get their consistent message out there to try and attract more investors

Key items Greg was focused on was;
Text message platform and Cashless Atms to get into Dispensaries
Stated SING is looking to acquire companies with Cashless Atm’s in place in dispensaries in the current states, and looking to send in sales teams in the states that are opening up soon.

The federal government opening up the banks to allow credit card payment was also discussed several times as a key turning point to their efforts currently.

SING looking to raise funds for;
Greg stated all the technology for Sing has currently been built & Money would be used to upgrade the technology & to handle more sales.

Money being used to uplist to OTC Bulletin Board, to be done, “hopefully soon”

Money to be used for acquisitions – using stock and cash

Money to be used for Sales and Marketing

Greg talked about the growth projection in the industry, saying cannabis sales outpacing mobile phones currently. Said there was plenty of growth projected for SING and getting marketing share.

During the Q&A - MY question was, “It seems with each acquisition SING also acquires team members from the acquired company, what will Chris Mills role be with SING moving forward after the GreenStar acquisition?”

A; “Well, first of all Chris Mills has been in the cashless ATM payment business for over 4 years, so I’d like to start with saying he is a strategic advisor and very valuable to Singlepoint on not only finding the newest products out there but also educating us on how this business works, that’s one of the reasons for the JV with GreenStar incentive to get into this business fast and quick. One of the things that Chris Mills is doing for us now is we are using Chris Mills infrastructure to purchase cashless Atms and other products, so he’s a very important part of our team and I guess to answer the question, our acquisitions, we are actively looking for companies, that once we acquire them, we leave management in place to continue running the company”

Good Dry Run for the main event happening on Wednesday at the ArcView investor forum.
