I wish I knew, the trouble is a very negative spin can be put on that answer as well as a very positive spin, so that leaves the shareholders in limbo and confused. Clearly, they have been moving slowly towards opening the mine and perhaps all they can do now is hope that new investors will fund the Red Rock Assets Project and if that does not happen???
