Was there promise to make payment(s) ahead of delivery of end items? Typically payments are made only upon acceptance of delivered items,I.e.,DV meeting the specs agreed upon by the two parties.
First time poster here but have been invested in SaviCorp for longer than two years. Am long on SAVI.
