I should add that those shareholders are restricted shareholders and carry the debt as well. Now because of there lending practices the share holders who hold the fractional shares have a obligation to pay back the debt to those holders so they can in turn pay back the bank they borrowed from and that hold a personal obligation using there personal assets for the equity raised.


Now sure once the debt is moved from one entity to the other then the collateral obligation is moved as well.
