I didn't but all of you did by supporting the company. Let me go into more ways you as shareholders supported the company.

We all know that a forward slit is no different then a reverse split. I could say if there was a sideways split but the industry has never used the term as far as I know.

Lets look back at how the outstanding shares got to what they are today and why they are not reflected in the market cap.

They say that sometimes you have to give to take something away. So the powers to be borrowed much needed capital from the shareholders to pay for debt they borrowed from the bank to pay the bank but in turn they now had a debt owed to the shareholders so to pay that debt they formed another entity and issued shares at a par value creating billions of shares while still trading over the counter in the fractional shares creating revenue that now reflects the par value price established.

So now they repurchase the debt with the money raised by the selling of the fractional shares that for all purposes is really moving debt and cash asset from one entity to another restructure the fractional shares take advantage of the revenue created to unleash the depreciated assets to fund more R&D in hopes that some day they will have a mine, product. whole sale outlet or retail outlet and this was all due to shareholders input of capital that built this great nation provided employment to there fellow country man ect. ect.

So how do share holders play the game. Well the risk is high for any company to come up with a viable mine, product or service other then what the creators have created for them selves in the way of supplying a service.

You have to trade until the company shows a profit on the bottom line from there own services it has now created from the creators of the company and there supports you the shareholders.
