Most of the sector is sitting nil at the moment waiting on congress to enact legislature for guidelines.( in other words, TAXES!) With November elections close, my guess is the sector will continue to be sluggish until they are over.

SREH has no shares to sell as the AS is maxed. That is in our favor as when a PR hits he can't sell into it hence the sweet pops we have seen.

IMO all these companies are waiting for news to play into.
