Hit the nail on the head on that one Wilma.. theres nothing UBRG has that would benefit MTWD except another revenue stream through NDR. MTWD makes their own money tho so if they took that over they would be able to .. never mind accounting wise it wouldnt make sense either cause NDR doesnt make enough profit margin to help out the books.
