Regardless of one's interest here, it is fair to say that Charlton Coats screwed it up. Could get worse. Probably will.

Some guy named DesLongchamps "invested" over $1,000,000 in this
enterprise. Where's he at? The terms of that investment are unknown,
at least unknown to those on the outside.
