This is my opinion of Bruce Cohen. Ken Sorensen started the fight because he was being dumped. SH didn't know what was going on. Bruce Cohen worked for SH regarding another company and SH trusted Bruce. Bruce
knew nothing about Viropro. Bruce investigated the fight between CT and Richard Serbin vs the two Directors fired by CT, Sorensen and Peake. Bruce figured out that if he backed CT he would just join the Board with CT, Richard Serbin and me and he would have no power. If he backed Sorensen and Peake he could oust CT and Bruce would be the Boss. He chose to back Sorensen and Peake because that was best for Bruce Cohen, he knew nothing about all the problems facing Viropro; he just wanted to be the Boss. You are a total outsider and know absolutely nothing about how this fight went down. I was right there, every minute. Everybody has fights. There are the people in the middle of the fight and the people who read about it in the papers.
