Barn Cat is very concerned about what is happening with....
1. A recent UCP board member statement.
2. Shareholders totally dissatisfied with management not increasing market valuation.
3. No Investor Relation company to bring in new investors.
Barn Cat thinks management has done an outstanding job in growing the company, however, the price of its shares does not reflect UCP growth.
Ken has it right...the growth of UCP is not getting out to the investment world.
Management is at a Crossroad.....
To change and fight hard to tell their story to the investment world or take the company private and pay shareholders a fair price of a penny a share.
