* SVFC - the O/S is likely in the 5.5 to 6.0 billion range...
my gut feeling is that 2 billion was accumulated by the new financiers at 0.0001-3 average, for a total of $500k investment...some CDs were phased out in the process, down from 0.0012 to 0.0001.
it was done mostly through huge blocks that didn't touch the bid.
700 mil went through 11-11:30am on October 23, 2014. I know retail didn't get almost any of that...
The new financiers will take hold of SVFC via preferred shares, install their own CEO...and launch a PR cycle to get this back to 0.01-0.02...
maybe sell some more shares at that point....1 billion shares sold at 0.01 is $10 million, at 0.02 is $20 million.
the only unknown here is YA Global and their $2.1 mil CD...my guess is they want them out NOW and will probably buy out the CD, or whatever is left of it...they have to get rid of YA Global to get full control over SVFC...they will then claim SVFC is "DEBT FREE", that's why the restated financials showed a debt drop from $5 mil to $500k....the goal is to present SVFC as "Debt free"...
once some of these details come out...we'll probably shoot straight to 0.004-0.005, then pull back to 0.002-0.0025, then slowly climb to 0.01-0.02...all of that will occur with heavy trading volumes...probably on the order of 300-500 mil per day...then we may see a parabolic blow off around 0.02 where the big players will cash out some $10-$20 mil (heck of a return on an initial $500k investment)...
this is all IMO..but I have seen a few plays like this in the past...
SVFC...even at this O/S...has the potential to run to 0.02 and make some wise investors millions of dollars...and that's SHORT TERM...we're not talking long term here....these plays evolve over 6-12 weeks...on average about 8 weeks
