I've been wrong before and I'm sure I will again and a lot of times I've been too optimistic about OMEX but its been a long slow beat down for them.
Last year when the first Meson hit the airwaves they were knocked down from over 3 and it was a good campaign,,, if not outright manipulation,,, but regardless they need to perform and start showing a profit after years and years of fiddling about.
Most know the story but at some point you have to take the company from no profit to profit ...not just once but consistant revenues and for them it would be multiple sources.They still have a lot of work ahead of them and the nature of this business has always come with a certain percentage of "luck" for revenues.So if they can continue to prove out their new business model by securing rights ahead of operations so they can guaranteee payment......Even if for just a day rate .....that would be okay as long as the day rate is over expenses,,,, you should make a profit.
Just making a profitable quarter here would be monumental and the share price would start reflecting that.
I don't think the current pop is just a little "play" off the V news .I think it's a serious buying frenzy by those that understand the chances of them going BK are slim to none now and Slim just left town!!!! I smell institutional buying or at least mimicking it,either heavy retail or possibly institutional money.
Since earnings are coming up /./...I have no strong opinion on what I think they will look like.However,certain other indiviuals on other boards are trying to use that as a leverage point for the short side here.In fact I'm pretty certain their balance sheet will probably look miserable.Not sure if the montly lease comes off for Dorado Dis. this Q or not (have to check) but everyone already expects a pretty lousy quarter so I think it will roll on....... like water off a ducks back.
Those professing doom and gloom at this point will find that I think the Bulls are back in control and their jousting about will have no affect or effect. :)
