CT discovered to her great surprise in Sept 2013 that SH Datar deal in 2011 was crooked when Vivo did independent audit. If CT had remained in control CT would probably taken legal action against SH. Having SH put their own gang in control of Viropro removed all risk of Viropro taking action against SH for fraud. Michelle Peake was on Board Alpha time of this deal and helped to rip off Viropro share holders. That was part of reason CT did not want Peake on Board Viropro as she was principal ripping off Viropro shareholders in fraudulent SH Datar Gingras deal.
