I was not trying to point out concerns so much as trying to strip out what was actually said and what was new information vs what we thought we might have heard. Humans have a tendency to read articles such as these and later recall reading things that were not actually stated or to forget things which they probably would have wanted to hear about. People also read this article, but may have not know what was said in the past or forgotten it thereby missing something that is actually new.

I have no problems with reiterations, particularly in a summary which is what this was. Bringing it up was my attempt to parse out what was new information vs. not new. I actually value then reiterating information because it says to me that this is a serious project. That is also why I parse out which projects were not mentioned. My expectations for those projects decline the longer we go without hearing them ever mentioned.

As to why I stated that Maricopa was a scam, several months we learned that one of Syn Tawa's principals was brought into court for fraud.

In regards to the Mesquite Lake project not being VSPC's project because they are only supplying the grass, the same can be said for almost all the projects in the PR.

I did say that my net take away from the PR was positive. If I really wanted to be negative, I would have pointed out that the PR did not address why there has been a new contract drought in the past 6 months.
