Predictions of EPA and FDA timelines are not always reliable because of their quirky, cumbersome processes, so mzei was guessing - wrong, but they wouldn't be the first company to do so.
Below is from an analyst report I read today about a different product but is an example of what those bureaucratic giants can do to roadblock a product approval with what MAY be unnecessary reviews.
