Man Made Law

"The people never give up their liberties but under some delusion."
- Edmund Burke: (1784)

The extent to which legitimacy can exist in any
man made law derives from one thing only: contract.

The Timetable of World Legal History is littered with the laws of man. Most of which were forced upon the governed against their free will.

The earliest-known example of a ruler proclaiming publicly to his people an entire body of man made laws is known as the The Code of Hammurabi, circa 1775 B.C. The code was carved upon a black stone monument, eight feet high, and clearly intended to be reared in public view and arranged in orderly groups, so that all men might read and know what was required of them. (This noted stone was found in the year 1901). It begins and ends with addresses to the gods. So starts the long history of man made laws claiming authority from God to rule others.

“History is nothing more than a tableau of crimes and misfortunes”
- Voltaire

Whether or not a governing rulers (Man Made Law-Maker and Enforcer) or institutions under which people were/are enslaved purports to recognize truth or not, the true government of any nation or people is all the laws of existence combined with the sum total of all contracts which the particular individuals in question have formed of their own free will.

Legislators do not make or create law, law existed at the moment of creation. Law is the eternal laws of existence. The idea that a man or group of men can be "lawmaker" is lunacy and arrogance, exemplified in the story of Lucifer (a created entity) rebelling against God (the Creator and Source). The people are therefore the actual lawgiver of a nation, not any elite subset of the society who have arrogated to themselves some alleged right to concoct rules and regulations they invent and pass off as "law."
No government can exercise any legitimate authority over you without your assent (agreement by Contract). As a being with free will sovereignty over yourself and your own domain you have not only the right but also the duty to assert and live the applicable law which your conscience perceives as most true, just, and right.

For any agents of human lawmakers ("government") to claim any source of authority other than your sovereign assent is to openly proclaim themselves criminal.

Would-be rulers never seem to understand or implement the timeless truths that:

1. “To rule truly is to serve,” and,

2. “Without being forced, without strain or constraint, good government comes of itself.”

Man made rulers trying to “rule” in excess of one’s actual state of being is a lie. It is hypocrisy and fraud, requiring such “rulers” to utilize buckled-on power of a destructive physical force rather than being able to “rule,” i.e. create unity, harmony, and peace in the larger world.

Man made lawmakers presume that the lawgiver is whom ever has scribbled words down on some purported legal papers first, for the purpose of imposing their will on other men.

“Any excuse will serve a tyrant”
– Aesop, Fables ca. 550 B.C

- “the more Laws, the less Justice” .
- Cicero

They only get away with it by subtle deception or outright tyranny. The intent of all law is the intent of the author and source of the law, i.e. the actual lawgiver. Since all law is contract, the real lawgivers in any instance are the parties to whatever contracts are being interpreted. As a private man/woman, it is your responsibility to choose which man made laws you wish to use to contract in commerce with. If you don’t like any of the already available law systems, you have the option to create your own law by creating your own contracts. These are called Private Law contracts.

Summary

All man made laws, other than individual private law, used to justify authority of a State is a structurally inherent and unredeemable fraud by definition. The fraudulent institution arises the instant anyone claims privilege over another, under color of law and appearance of right or otherwise. To promulgate the appearance of right without the substance of right is fraud, which can succeed only through deceit. Sounding good and being sound are vastly different. Rights and rule are mutually exclusive. Rights are a function of reality, i.e. "Rights never die." Rule consists of power, privilege, and plunder implemented through fraud, fear, and force. Nothing lawful can ever be accomplished from a foundation of fraud and no state can have any other foundation.

"Those who won our independence believed that the final end of the state was to make men free to develop their faculties, and that in its government the deliberative forces should prevail over the arbitrary. They valued liberty both as an end and as a means. They believed the secret of happiness and courage to be the secret of liberty. They believed the freedom to think as you will and to speak as you think are means indispensable to the discovery and spread of political truth; that without free speech and assembly discussion would be futile; that with them, discussion affords ordinarily adequate protection against dissemination of noxious doctrine; that the greatest menace to freedom is an inert people; that public discussion is a political duty; and that this should be a fundamental principle of the American government. "
- Justice Louis D. Brandeis in Whitney v. California, 274 U.S. 357 (1927)
