Bankruptcy. Filing bankruptcy would clear most debt - exception being the IRS and allow HLNT to survive if only in name.
Unfortunately, bankruptcy would wipe out all shareholder equity.

Still trades @ .0005/.0006 so ain't dead yet. What happens when and if the AS is maxed out, we shall see.
