Well, if one needed proof positive that f&b are crooks and all their fake companies are shells look no further than Thursdays announcement of termination from SEC.

One-they won't be giving a dividend to a unlisted stock, so that allows f&b crooks to own more stock in their criminal enterprises and to file any fins would show how much they have lied for years...and

Two - arsc has been defunct in it's SEC filing for years. Can still get delisted for that. Then you own stock in a private company. ..and

Three - Reverse split is soon.

Anyone that says these guys and their companies are legit are either insiders or paid shills....

Anyone who believes these guys and their companies are legit are fools continuing parting with their money.
