Seems like your trying to make dilution they are doing sound good. Maybe since there was little activity last week, that the SP didnt drop much so the new dilution / convertibles didnt drop much. Wait till they start dumping them and see if the SP drops. Then the next batch will be lower again...
No matter what... Every time they issue more shares, they dilute and make what you and the rest of us own worth less.

When do you think the dilution will stop?

Do you really still believe they will get a loan to pay off old debt? If they did, do you think they could make the payments?
