It sure is and it is plain as day what they are telling people. Let me help you so you can understand a little better.

The contract is part of a financing transaction for fixed payments from two different licensed medicinal marijuana farming operations.

Note they say the financing agreement is for payments from 2 farming operations. Translation means the farms have payments on them and GEAR has no money so this deal gets HALB to make the payments for them. If this meant HALB would receive the money it would have stated very plainly that HALB would receive the money.

These farms are currently operating and with Halberd's financing

Now you can see that HALB is financing. You need to read no farther to understand HALB is hooked for the payments.

The financing will be done in part through the issuance of shares of Halberd Corporation and other participants.

Now they tell you that HALB will dilute and most likely GEAR will to.

The combined annual payments for both properties will be in excess of 3 million dollars annually.

This part tells you HALB will have to pay the payments of 3 MILLION a year to undisclosed people.

Revenue streams from this operation will commence in approximately 6-8 months.

Here is your conformation that HALB is financing GEAR by making payments of 3 MILLION annually because GEAR does not have any money and you can confirm that in the filings. They tell us that GEAR might be generating revenues in 6-8 months.


Now for the kick in the junk that nobody has figured out.

The properties involved are located in Michigan and Canada.

Duh? Where do you think the CEO's of GEAR and HALB live? Could it be that the farming operation is really their back yards and they are really making payments to themselves. Ask yourself one question. Can you grow pot legally in Michigan or Canada? Another scam exposed.
