no "well known research firm" will do a report on a 15 cent pink sheeted stock that company rules preclude them from recommending or buying. By rules, I mean many such well known research companies have minimum share price requirements for stocks on major exchanges that must be met before they'll even look at those companies. Thus virtra needs to continue to build its share price by continuing to build earnings, reflect these earnings in their quarterlies, get off the Pinks to at least the OTC BB, and then continue to build share price and earnings w/o trying to do any ill conceived stock shenigans (e.g high ratio consolidations) that hurt current shareholders
