If true it's really sad this happens after all these years and money spent (by shareholders through constant dilution). I find it ironic this is happening in the midst of the mini-collapse in oil prices. Even if GERS had won, the falling oil prices would eventually render moot the need for ethanol substitutes for gasoline,in my opinion, especially with the newfound bonanza with oil shale production. Always a day late and a dollar short...
