I don't think you understand.. It doesn't matter how many shares are purchased at once.. This is an average daily trading volume that is made up of several weeks and months of trading.. You cant just put spend a 100k and say now you can start buying back.. If you are planning on solely bringing up the AVERAGE trading volume I suggest you start buying now cause currently that average is going down daily..

Here's an example of how it would work...

At this point the average daily volume is 15 million.. They can purchase up to 25% of that a day.. Let's just say they get a bid back on Monday which would be required to initiate the buyback program.... 2's would be on the ask so they would be able to buy 3.75 million shares which is 25% of 15 million.. That means they would be able to buy back $750 worth of stock a day until that average started moving up.. So you see, for that to equal $750,000 would take a decade.. I hope this help you understand how it works..

Like I said I own a lot of shares heres so I would love nothing more then for them to start buying back shares and bring some interest/volume back.. Unfortunately that's not an option at this point and I am just sharing the facts.. Im sure they are aware of this so if they plan to execute the buy back they will NEED to bring some volume back first..
