They will unless you file a complaint with FINRA to stop the scam from happening since only the common shares are reduced and not Frank's preferred. Protect yourself and dont let them do this to you. They will reduce your shares and then the price will go back down to .0001 and leave you with nothing. The only other option would be to short your own shares to make money on the way down.

There are no shorts now as they would of covered already which no one is buying. Listen to the experienced traders and not the delusional to make your own decisions.
