The schools signing agreements with SC and placing SC logo on their web site are complicit in the effort to scam shareholders. Kay meet with all the transportation directors each Friday night at midnight to plan the scam strategy. Lol! How funny does that sound.

This argument sounded legitimate when the agreements were international or that we could not verify them but now that point is completely bogus.

It's success is a matter of time. Everybody need to do their own research. That in my view is where the discussion should be.

All that nonsense about Kay owning the businesses is bogus I have read the financial inside out. For those who don't know how to find the information here it is:

1. EarthSearch is owned 100% by ECDC

2. StudentConnect is owned 100% by ECDC

For both of those companies Kay gets a 8% royalty for the technology. Not sure what is unusual about this. All technology rights are assigned to ECDC in perpetuity. Search for all Facebook patents shows exactly the same strategy by Mark Z and other companies.

3..Wetwinds is owned100% by ECDC. Wetwinds own 51% of Vir20 and again Kay through another company own 49%. The Kay/company gets nothing until ECDC has $2ml of revenue.

What is interesting about this is that ECDC was never in the social media business. GPS is its business of SC and EarthSearch so if Kay sold 51% of his social media project to ECDC can someone tell me where the scam is. Am I missing something. It will be really nice to get comments with factual information on this board. Most of us will do the same if we sell technology to our employer. I know I would.

Go ECDC!!
