Is it looking like a 'nascent mining stock fraud'?

Not really (although the bogus "Ni 43-101 reports" are fraudulent). Instead, it is just a POS due to the toxic death spiral convertibles, which KILL every company that issues them long-term. Because of those toxic death spirals, the business operations and industry are immaterial. The company will die, and take all the common shareholder's money with it. Actually it will transfer all the common shareholder's money into the pockets of the toxic funder and the insiders, but the idea is the same.
