Yes, it is oh so very wrong, yet, those that seem to think that skirting rules won't catch up to them, seem to hang from closets, jump from buildings,in front of trains, Vans, they take nail guns to the head, etc. Since 2008, things have come full circle. The good guys are either helping them do it or are forcing them with so much pressure they do it on their own. Look at the stories we here that there is never abusive naked shorting going on. IT is just the legal version.. Yet, the SEC FY 2014 Budget suggests new rules may be at hand for both NSS and the FRAUD that comes with it..
