AMDL inc WAS a wholly owned subsidiary of radient, which is now void . . . if you have evidence that radient spun off AMDL please post it . . . AMDL doesn't exist outside of charter and the voided company formally known as radient . . .

i fail to see what the former radient has to offer provista, the shares are gone, the company is void, the IP is off patent, and the remains are under seizure . . . all that is left is the debt . . . this is why month after month nothing is happening with radient, while all other entities mentioned continue to progress . . .
