After reading the affidavit from Klein i've one question.
But i have to go way back to explain it.
Before the court decision most people here (including me) thought this case would be a home run for AP.
Then Klein and Huffman filed their affidavits and changed everything.
If i look at Kleins affidavit it read something like this
"Alonzo Pierce ... stole the above listed certificates from such office ..."
"Such theft of shares was not known ... "
OK, this means AP is a thief. Correct?
The only reason that i can imagine why AP wasn't go through litigation is that this is the truth!
It stands as an undisputed fact (even the settlement says nothing about this).
So is it legit to say the CEO of TEMN is a criminal, a thief ?
