It would certainly be very helpful for a credible explanation for what to me was a very mystifying, disapointing and possibly troubling market response to TLD, especially if those in the know who might have represented potential partners and/or buyers, remained terribly muted and non active from what we can see.

One can start to conjure up all sorts of scenario, both positive and negative.

I would note that we've all seen stocks with great news/earnings/promise,etc., that do nothing until they become 'discovered' in some magic way.

At this point, I'm settling for the dynamic that there were so many leaks prior to the Lancet release, coupled with it's only Phase 1 and even that's not completed and that my experience with biotechs is phase 1 news is always short lived, sold into and it isn't until confirming Phase 2 data starts to emerge that we see volume and price increase happening.

IMO, let's always keep in mind there's the ever present, daily apparent share price manipulation going on (management desired? / mm/naked shorters? / day traders?) and that further greatly complicates one's analysis, but may explain a lot?

The other possibly 'picture' and an extremely cynical point, imo, is that management will do anything to further help the company in achieving management goals to further the growth of the company, even at the expense of shareholder's continuing declining value, which has nothing to do with the scientific promise of the company and everything to do with some jv/buyout or financing, etc?
