Dave I don't think there is much doubt they could not buy over the last month or 2 while it became clear the deal was in the works.

I'd even say buying this close to earnings was close. And it shows Pascoe has the full support of his newest board members. They are all on the same page.

The stock will take care of itself. They have made some fantastic progress in the last 10 days. I think it will prove to be a major turning point.
