'gyrbuck',Please use 2 NUMERICAL EXAMPLES(MATH)to PROVE that

"old Frank does a R/S on the commons but gets to keep all of his intact"
is a scam.

We are waiting for your NUMERICAL EXAMPLES (MATH).

1)Example #1 (common).
1.1)
"You can start with Mr.A owns 250 HFCO common shares and
he gets 1 HFCO shares when R/S"

1.2)When R/S, Mr.A gets 1 HFCO share. Why is this a SCAM ?
Does Mr.A loose any thing ?

2)Example #2 (Preferred).
"You can start with
2.1)If Frank does R/S on preferred.

2.2) If Frank DOESN'T R/S on his preferred (Frank gets to keep all of his intact).

2.3) Does Frank gets more or the same (by comparing 2.1) with 2.2)).

THEN PLEASE use 2.1,2.2)and 2.3) to PROVE that HFCO is a SCAM.

3)Then PLEASE use Example 1 and 2 to PROVE to us that
HFCO is a scam.

4)"R/S makes BID comes back", Why is this a scam ?

Please enlighten us!
