I for one think this new update pretty much says they already know the results of this ongoing trial and plan to go forward cause it was phase 1 all of 2014 cause I checked it everyday for the past 5 months and mid day yesterday it was updated and it now has (3)SHP622 is currently in phase 1/2 clinical trials.

It takes alot of time regarding anything with the FDA so I doubt if they do file Orphan drug status it occurs before the end of this year imo most likely Q1 2015 but anything is possible and it could happen by years end.

As far as the R/S its in the attorneys hands and a proxy has to be sent out or thats what I was told yesterday.Just maybe it gets rejected imo cause 250 to 1 is insane.

I don't know the time table but if it gets approved say in 2016 that would be huge and royalties then would kick in.I know from SEC filings ILNS can receive up to 120 million in milestone payments over the course to approval and that's not hay.

I want to see Pfizer its attorneys bent over and let them feel how it is to be screwed as we all have been.It don't feel to good is all I can say.
