Been a year only 524m o/s of 900m a/s we voted to increase . so far increase over 500m was to get Working capital financing an reduce the share count by Note Holders by retiring existing notes threw JDF. I am waiting to see how many shares were removed from o/s by those existing notes being retired verses the shares JDF received. and if there are any other future notes that JDF may be able to Retire if they Buy another block of a/s in future to further reduce o/s an provide extra working capital at a later date. Seeing no one here seems to understand what is going on here this is my last post. i will now let this group of experts talk an take advantage of any future Buying Opportunities i can get
