Show me examples of companies that have their authorized share number exceed the fully diluted number. Show me one.
The fully diluted number is a mathematical construct based on the market conversion price of the issued financial instruments. The number could go up or down daily. If it goes up, the companies would obviously be over their limit and due for suspension as you claim. These suspensions would be happening daily. Show me some.
Show the SEC reg that says that a companies authorized has to exceed the fully diluted number of their instruments.
