Michaels is going to be a "service" company AND do great "new" products AND the MJ business...

oh yea, and sue people, he has made indiviudal threats and of course the "bounty letter" was his first "global" threat. And, of course, there are a couple of active lawsuits, one started by Michaels - "his own self".

This would seem to help explain this part of his letter to the shareholders:

We will focus mostly on companies doing smart devices involving the Android operating system for a number of good reasons.

He isn't going to actually FOCUS on anything, just kind of focus (seems to take away from the whole focusing idea but OK) which seems to be proving true with all this "latest and greatest" launches...
